Collaborative Commissioning Committee (joint committee)

In October 2019, the Governing Bodies of Leicester City CCG, West Leicestershire CCG and East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG approved a new collaborative governance structure across the three CCGs. The new governance arrangements provide a more efficient structure supporting further collaborative decision making across the three CCGs.

The new Collaborative Commissioning Committee (CCC) has been established as a joint committee the three CCGs reporting into the three Governing Bodies. The CCC will support joint decision making on those matters delegated to it where the Governing Bodies of the CCGs have agreed to undertake collective strategic decision making.

The CCC meeting will be held on a monthly basis. 

The agenda and papers are available below. Members of the public are welcome to come and observe the business of the meeting and will also have an opportunity to ask questions at the start of the meeting in relation

Commissioning Collaborative Board (CCB)

The Commissioning Collaborative Board (CCB) is a joint committee of West Leicestershire CCG, East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG and Leicester City CCG. The CCB supports joint decision making and undertakes collective strategic decisions on those areas where authority has been delegated to it by the respective CCG Governing Bodies.

The CCB meeting was held on a monthly basis and has met in public since April 2018.
